Roland "Libby" J. LeBlanc, 67, of Bedford, passed away at the Elliot Hospital on April 28, 2008.
He was born in Manchester on May 11, 1940, the son of Abel and Eleanor (Therriault) LeBlanc and had been a Bedford resident for over 45 years. He was the co-owner of A.J. LeBlanc Heating Inc. He loved to ride his lawn mower and was fond of his animals. He enjoyed snowmobiling, watching NASCAR and classic cars.
Family members include his wife of 47 years, Doris (Bergeron) LeBlanc; a son, Christopher LeBlanc of Bedford; two daughters, Karen LeBlanc of Cushing, ME and Cathy LeBlanc-Macdonald of Goffstown; a brother, Armand LeBlanc of Hooksett; and nephews, nieces and cousins.
A memorial gathering will take place at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street on Friday from noon until 1:00 PM. A memorial service will follow in the funeral home chapel at 1:00 PM. Inurnment will take place in Mt. Calvary Cemetery columbarium.
