ELLEN DIBENEDETTO
HOOKSETT – Ellen (Roger) DiBenedetto, 80, died on January 29, 2010, at her home in Hooksett.
Mrs. DiBenedetto was born on April 1, 1929, in Baselga Di Pinè, Italy, the daughter of the late Anton and Josephine (Anesi) Roger. She was a resident of Hooksett for the past 30 years. Prior to this she lived in Patchogue, Long Island, NY.
At the time of her employment, Mrs. DiBenedetto was employed at Arthur Jaffrey Company, in Manhattan, NY, where she was a clerical worker.
Mrs. DiBenedetto enjoyed dancing.
Members of her family include; her son, Thomas A. DiBenedetto, of Gilmanton, NH; 1 granddaughter, 1 brother, Thomas Roger, of Wayne, NJ; many nieces and nephews. Mrs. DiBenedetto was predeceased by her husband, Dominick DiBenedetto, who died in 1998. She was also predeceased by her two sisters.
SERVICES: Calling hours will be Friday, February 5, from 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM at Phaneuf Funeral Home, 172 King Street, in Boscawen, NH. A funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel at 1:30 PM. Committal prayers and burial will follow at the NH State Veterans Cemetery, in Boscawen.
