Russell Paro, age 91, of Manchester, formerly of Laconia and Derry, died on Thursday, December 24, 2009 at the Catholic Medical Center. He was the husband of the late Adelaide E. (Lucas) Paro.
He was born on Feb. 10, 1918 in West Roxbury, MA. He spent most of his life in New Hampshire.
He was employed by A & P, working in the produce department. After leaving A & P, he spent many years boarding horses for family and friends at his property in Derry.
Russell had a life long love of horses.
Russell is survived by his family including his sister-in-law: Theresa Paro of Manchester, NH, a nephew: William Paro of Goffstown, NH.
A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, May 3, 2010 at 12 noon in the Union Cemetery, Laconia, NH.
