The picture with the obituary really captures her essence for me because I will always remember her as being so dignified and serene. She met the trials of aging with such courage and grace. It is good to know that she had a long and satisfying life, the best of which must have been enjoying her wonderful children and grand-children who were so devoted to her; however, having a 93 year old mom myself, I know it still must be hard to lose her physical presence. I hope that her faith brought her comfort in the final days. My heart goes out to all the family and others who will miss her.
